Verify the IP address of the PC you want to access

*      Access router web management by entering its HTTPdlinkrouter local IP address in your web browser your username and password is black.

*      Tap the advanced tab and click the virtual server.

Then enter this information:




o   Then click enables

o   Private IP address.

o   Protocol type clicks both.

o   Public port enter 3389 in both public and private port fields

o   Schedule click always.

o   Tap apply and then continue.

o   To access PC from the internet you must use the WAN IP address of the router,not the PC get WAN IP address of the router login above click on the status tab.

Before updating backup your router configuration files:

*      The first log in router visiting at HTTPdlinkrouter local.

*      or address used when the router was configured. Tap tools firmware.

*      After this click checks now button in firmware information on the page.

*      You reach product page tap firmware link on right.

*      In the firmware, list find their latest version of firmware, here you make sure that update you are downloading is newer than one you currently using, then click on download button to begin and download the new version of firmware after downloading save it in your PC.

*      After download complete return to page and choose file button.

*      Here you see the message of prompt about back up file click ok and continue to file uploading.

*      Here you see the options click ok to confirm for correct firmware files.

*      After all, this firmware update will upload to router and the router will reboot, here you see a page with 15-second countdown after complete over to router’s admin page by mydlink com sign uptype enter admin and password none if your black password is not working try admin on the password.
