    At first, you have to Plug the DAP-1520 into a wall outlet within the wireless range of your router.

    Then you have to open the wireless utility on your computer after that select the name of the DAP-1520 network after that enter the password.

    Now open any of the web browsers on to your computer or laptop (Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Etc).

Then on the address bar of the web browser enter your Router default IP address. The press Enter.


Many of you make a mistake is that you Enter your Router IP address in the search bar rather you should enter in the Address bar of the web browser.

    Now a new login page of your router will open, where you have to enter the login details of your Router. (Default username and Default password).

    Then Go to dlinkap local wizard setup Wizard.

    Then click Next.

    If you want to setup your wizard manually then select second from the setup wizard menu. After that click next to continue.

    Now you have to Select the wireless network that you wish to use as your uplink.

    Now you have to Enter the password for your uplink network. After that click next to continue.

    Now The DAP-1520 will re-broadcast the Wi-Fi connection from the uplink router as an extended Wi-Fi network.

    Once it re-broadcast then the setup process is completed.
